There’s no doubt that this year has challenged us and we’ve all felt the impact of quarantine but there has been a collective shift recently away from the negativity and fear towards happiness and healing. For me, the silver lining has been the time its offered so many of us for self-exploration as we all try to find meaning in this moment. I’m incredibly grateful for the many lessons this year has taught me and continues to.

Those anticipatory moments bring us immense joy because we look forward to them each day—we relish and savor that precious time we set aside just for us.
